MoldMaster pulp moulding
(molding) machines are built to a high standard and require very little
maintenance and are specially designed to use unskilled labour.
During the commissioning of
the MoldMaster pulp moulding machine by our technicians the machine operators
are trained and usually an unskilled labourer is able to operate the machine
within a day or so.
MoldMaster pulp moulding
systems are controlled by PLC systems which have visual displays.
The process variables such as temperatures, machine speed, pulp
consistency and product weight are continuously monitored and controlled
automatically. The high level of
technology in MoldMaster pulp moulding systems is operator friendly and only
unskilled labour is required to operate the machines
Training is also given in
the necessary maintenance of the plant, which is either carried out by the
company’s maintenance staff or sometimes by the machine supervisor.
