MoldMaster is a private limited company registered in England and with our sister company Hargreaves & Gott Ltd (originally established in 1938) we have over 45 years experience in the pulp industry.

MoldMaster is a private limited company registered in England. All our directors and staff have at least 10 years personal experience in the pulp industry and some have up to 35 years experience and between the 5 key members of staff we can boast of a total of 125 years experience within the pulp moulding industry! We employ people who have had years of experience in the manufacture of paper pulp moulding (molding) tools (dies), paper pulp moulding (molding) machines and pulp drying systems.
We also have people with extensive knowledge of computer control systems. MoldMaster sets high levels of commitment to provide high quality pulp moulding (molding) machines to suit each and every customer. If one of our standard pulp moulding models does not meet the customer’s requirements we will work with the customer to provide just what he requires.

MoldMaster pulp moulding machines are of extremely high quality, they are reliable and are simple to operate. PLC units carry out all the functions so that only a small number of unskilled labourers are needed to run the pulp moulding (molding) system on a day-to-day basis.
When you buy a pulp moulding system there are no hidden costs. Included in our price is everything you need to produce high quality paper pulp mouldings (moldings). We include the pulp moulding (molding) system, the drying system, the moulding (molding) tools (dies), all freight and insurance costs.
Once the pulp moulding system arrives on your site our staff travel to your factory (again you do not pay any travel costs) to build and commission your pulp moulding machine and they also spend time training your staff to run the pulp moulding machine. All the customer has to do is supply a suitable building with electricity, water and fuel for the dryer. MoldMaster has already installed a number of high quality pulp moulding (molding) machines in many countries around the world.

The need for environmentally friendly products has led towards more complex and demanding applications - the usefulness of recycled paper in industrial and consumer product packaging has now shown itself in numerous forms in the market place.
These and many other factors were taken into consideration when designing and implementing the pulp moulding machine range.
The pulp moulding machine is a self contained unit requiring only the connection of electricity, water and fuel for the dryer. Our experienced technicians build and commission the system on the customers' site.
The MoldMaster pulp moulding machine is ideal for the production of high quality egg trays, apple trays, supermarket trays and a wide selection of industrial and user defined environmentally friendly products which can cover the whole pulp moulding area up to a product depth of 180 mm.
An expandable PLC controls all the functions of the pulp moulding machine including the pulper and pulp transfer to the pulp storage tank. The PLC allows user access to set up different product specifications and displays the programmed setting and any error messages.
MoldMaster
products are dried in a specially designed chamber or conveyor type drying
machine using natural gas or diesel oil. Hot air - thermostatically controlled -
is circulated over the wet pulp mouldings and re-heated for maximum efficiency. A
controlled amount of wet air is exhausted to atmosphere. The pulp mould drying machines are
thoroughly insulated to conserve energy.
Pulp moulding E machines are specially designed for the production of high quality egg trays and egg cartons and also other forms of food packaging such as apple trays, supermarket trays for fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes, lemons, kiwi, apples, courgettes. They can also produce a wide range of protective environmentally friendly packaging with a maximum overall height of 50 mm.

MoldMaster pulp moulding P machines are designed for the production of environmentally friendly packaging for video recorders, mobile phones, TV monitors, printers, computer keyboards, furniture protection, bottle protection, supermarket trays for fruit and vegetables and an almost unlimited range of specially designed commercial and industrial packaging with a maximum overall height of up to 180 mm.

Maximum output for all P pulp moulding machines is 5.8 drops per minute for packaging products with a wall thickness of up to 1.5 mm. Products with an increased wall thickness will take longer to form and thus reduce the overall output of the P pulp moulding machine.
Products of up to 5 mm wall thickness can be produced on standard P pulp moulding machines. Special pulp moulding machines to give higher outputs or increased wall thickness can be supplied.
