machine is a self contained unit requiring only the connection of electricity,
water and fuel for the dryer. Our experienced technicians build and commission

MoldMaster is ideal for the production of
high quality egg trays, apple trays, supermarket trays and a wide selection
of industrial and user defined products which can cover the whole moulding
area up to a product depth of 180 mm. |

expandable PLC controls all the functions of the moulding machine including
the pulper and pulp transfer to the pulp storage tank. The PLC allows
user access to set up different product specifications and displays the
programmed setting and any error messages. |

| MoldMaster
products are dried in a specially designed chamber or conveyor type drying
machine using natural gas or diesel oil. Hot air - thermostatically controlled
- is circulated over the wet mouldings and re-heated for maximum efficiency.
A controlled amount of wet air is exhausted to atmosphere. The drying
machines are thoroughly insulated to conserve energy. |
